Refund policy

You can return or exchange any item item purchased on www.lulah.la within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked final sale are non-refundable, but may be eligible for exchange based on availability. Bags returned with a pre-paid label must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected. If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, LULAH reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense. Bags sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
